Frozen foods are frozen.

HACCP: Discussed proper protection of the outer openings by ensuring that doors are closed at all times and are self closing. Screening is allowed as long as they are tight fitting, self closing and the screening is free of breaks and no less than 16 mesh to the inch.

The facility owner is slowly continuing to modify different areas of the building.
  • Food contact surfaces of equipment and utensils clean
    The interior of the microwave oven, the cooler under the flag and the interior of the pizza oven is soiled.
    Clean and sanitize all food contact surfaces routinely.
    The food-contact surfaces of all cooking equipment shall be kept free of encrusted grease deposits and other accumulated soil.
  • Plumbing installed and maintained
    The mop sink is not connected to the wall currently.
    At least one utility sink or curbed cleaning facility with a floor drain shall be provided and used for the cleaning of mops or similar wet floor cleaning tools and for the disposal of mop water or similar liquid waste.
  • Floors properly constructed, clean, drained
    The floors in the mop sink are not completely sealed. The floors in the back storage room are soiled.
    Floors and floor coverings of all food preparation, food storage, and utensil-washing areas, and the floors of all walk-in refrigerating units, dressing rooms, locker rooms, toilet rooms and vestibules shall be maintained in good repair. Floors, floor coverings, mats, and duckboard shall be maintained clean.
  • Walls, ceilings, and attached equipment, properly constructed, clean
    The walls and ceilings in the side storage room and in the locked private storage area are in disrepair.
    Walls and ceilings, including doors, windows, and similar enclosures shall be maintained in good repair.
  • Rooms and equipment - vented as required
    The ventilation system in both restrooms are not functioning.
    Rooms shall have sufficient ventilation to maintain them free of excessive heat, steam, condensation, vapors, obnoxious odors, smoke and fumes.
