Currently, only pre-packaged snacks, drinks, and frozen pizzas are served.

    Ice scoop stored with handle touching ice.  Correct by storing ice scoop with handle facing straight up and out of ice, or provide a food grade material container to store ice scoop in.
    Ice-dispensing utensils shall be stored on a clean surface or in the ice with the utensil's handle extended out of the ice.

    Stained and torn rug in sitting areas. Replace/clean to peovide smooth easily cleanable floors.
  • Critical: Toxic items labeled and used properly
    Concentration of chlorine sanitizer in a bucket with towel over 200ppm. Ensure concentration of chlorine sanitizer at between 100 t0 200ppm with the use of test strip.
    Sanitizer diluted.
