I have been selling real estate in this area for 26 years and have been a top seller each year. That is because I love the Tennesee Valley and feel it is a piece of heaven on earth. I am a member of the River Counties Association of Realtors, the Chattanooga Association of Realtors, as well as the River Counties Miltiple Listing Service and the Chattanooga Multiple Listing Service, serving Rhea, North Hamilton, East Bledsoe, Meigs and North Hamilton Counties, trying my best to give people a personal touch, listening to their wants and needs and finding properties that fit their criteria. I handle residential, farms and commercial. Our office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., but as a Realtor I am available whenever the customer needs me to be. Having worked with customers who work shift work it is possible to see properties at odd hours to fit their schedules. After making a sell I will follow the process from loan application and through to the final closing when the deed is signed. When Home Inspections, survey, pest inspecions and appraisals are required, I will be available to open the home for these professionals and to carry the report to its proper destination.
