Appointments are not necessary we understsnd cars do not breakdown on schedule, so we strive to get repairs completed as quickly and correctly as possible. We offer a complimentary shuttle service, clean & comfortable waiting area, complimentary coffee and free WIFI. At Bob's Automotive Inc., we take great pride in our National Award Winning Customer Service, We have won the ACE Award for customer service in 2004 & 2005. Our base labor warranty is 24 Months/24,000 Miles (parts and remanufactured units carry their own warranties) and we only use OEM or better quality replacement parts.
