- John-Michael's Restaurant opened its doors on November 2, 2007 and offers French inspired New European cuisine. We are located at the intersections of Routes 22 and 116 in Purdys. Our restaurant is located in a registered Historic Landmark. We are already highly acclaimed receiving a "Very Good" from the NY Times within our first month of business. We also have made it into the Zagat's Restaurant Guides 2008-2009 for the Hudson Valley, Westchester and Connecticut in under a year. Not only were we included in the guides but we were awarded the distinction of "Key Necomer" - there are only twelve restaurants receiving this distinction. And most recently we are the recipient of a Best of Westchester Award for one of our dishes by Westchester Magazine. (coming out in their July 2008 issue). We also expect our review from Westchester Magazine to come out in the same issue. These are only the beginning for John-Michael's.
