Description:
Burbank Temple Emanu El is a full service Conservative synagogue. It boasts an award winning extended hours preschool and a Rabbi run Religious school.
The Religious School services school age children through Bar and Bat Mitzvah.
The community of Burbank is very warm and inviting. The members of this unique synagogue welcome all new mwmbers and offer their outgoing warmth.
BTEE is mostly voluneer run with very active Sisterhood, Men's Club, Preety Committee, Ritual Committee, Executive Committee, Board of Directors and many other opportunies to participate.
The Rabbi, office manager, preschool director, teachers and plant manager are full time employees. Religious School has a part time Rabbi/Cantor Director. The Religious school teachers are very warm and accepting. All speak fluent Hebrew and have taught for many years.
Services are on Friday nights, Saturday morning and all holidays.
This enriched and loving environment has just celebrated it's 60th birthday this year!
