The Chuck Wagon is a family-owned and operated, authentic West Texas original. We are open from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. seven days per week. Among the many items that you will find on our unique menu are our Cowboy Burrito, Blueberry, Peach, Apple, Pecan, and Chocolate Chip Pancakes, our Classic Southwest Burger, Charbroiled Chicken Breast, the best fries around, the Chuck Wagon (our house special sandwich), fresh salads, Sliders (a regional favorite), sirloin and rib-eye steaks, and our famous West Texas Kabobs. Of course, these items are offered in addition to our full slate of delicious meats from our very own, custom-made smoker. We offer brisket, ribs, sausage, chicken, and turkey all hand-rubbed with our own “secret recipe” rub and then smoked with our special combination of three types of wood. All of our entrees are complemented by a full menu of carefully selected beverages and homemade cobbler for dessert. As you can tell, The Chuck Wagon is a unique spot that is the result of a great deal of pride and a lot of hard work. We invite you to join us for breakfast, lunch, and dinner or even better – for all three! We welcome small, medium, and large groups as well and encourage reservations for groups.
