- I create hand drawn portraits from snapshots of people, pets, and homes as well as other illustrations for children's books and custom logos. All of my work is drawn on archival quality papers or illustration board, rendered with color pencil, pastels, and watercolor. I would love to do a portrait for you! When you are ready to place an order, please send me several snapshots of the subject to be drawn. I like to have as many reference photos as possible to work from so I can get the composition just right. Portraits can be delivered anywhere within the U.S. for an additional fee of $20.00 Completion of the artwork depends on my current workload as well as the size and detail involved, but typically takes around two to three weeks. Prices start at $60 for a 5 x 7 black & white, single subject portrait that shows the head and neck.
