True Built Homes are built with 2x6 exterior, 2x4 interior, 16 inch OC (on center) construction. We are environmentally conscious and use state of the art engineering – optimized lumber planning to save materials, silent floor systems, and house-specific truss packages. A True Built Home meets and/or exceeds today’s rigid insulation codes. We use lifetime vinyl windows and siding, offer HardiePlank 25- and 50-year siding upgrade packages, and a variety of “green” options to conserve energy and materials. Finally, a True Built on-your-lot home is topped with a 30-year architectural roof.
