We work with mesquite flooring, however, the price of mesquite flooring is rising every day and when dealing with the mesquite the contract must be signed quickly to lock in that day's pricing. Long leaf pine is also in that catagory. Cypress, pecan so forth is holding somewhat.
We are a hands on company, every job is hand done with oversight of the smallest detail. We have no regular employees, most of the work being done by the owner of the company, thereby eliminating errors.
