- Providence Farms is a catering company, but also has food products that are sold retail and wholesale. All food that we serve is homemade in our commercial kitchen with our original recipes. Our food style would be considered rustic Southern food with influences from the south of France, northern Italy, Scotland and other nationalities. We cater small, intimate dinners or events for 500. We can do a full service buffet, or meals plated and served to the table. Hors d'oeuvre buffets are a specialty. We also can deliver our foods in disposable containers with all that is needed to serve it, such as plates, drinks, ice, etc. (We do this most often for business meals, but it can be for a family gathering or church dinner.) We do many fund raising dinners and will work with nonprofit associations to help you get the nicest meal for an economical cost. We sell our salad dressings and hors d'oeuvres in bulk sizes to local restaurants. And, individuals can come by our kitchen to buy our unique salad dressings, cheese blends, hors d'oeuvres tortas or our rich trufflecakes flavored with liqueurs such as Chambord or Grand Marnier. (Please call before stopping by.) Providence Farms now serves a buffet lunch and dinner at The Fieldstone Club, 1350 Lexington Parkway, at Fieldstone Farms. Lunch is served Wednesday through Friday from 11:00 till 2:00. Dinner is served Wednesday through Saturday 6:00 till 9:00. Sunday dinner is served from 12:00 till 3:00.
