The Huddle on Main provides a Contemporary Fine Dining in a Relaxed Atmosphere. Located in the Village of Waterville which was once considered the "Hop Capital of the World."
Menu items are prepared by highly acclaimed Executive Chef and Owner, Brian Dewey of Clinton who was the former Sous Chef at Wildflowers at the Lodge, Turning Stone Resort & Casino , Verona, New York. Most recently Brian was the Chef de Cuisine at the Yahnundasis Golf and Country Club in New Hartford, New York. Brian put a creative contemporary twist on old classics and adds a modern flavoring to new exciting dishes.
We are passionate about fine food and great tasting wine, beer and local history accompanied by exemplary service.
We serve lunch and dinners Tuesday - Saturday. Our hours are from 11:30 to 11pm.
