We are the National lending center for American Bank. We are a smaller more conservative bank based of Maryland and the DC area. We offer competetive rates, low closing costs, and are able to close loans within 2-3 weeks if all documents are provided in a timely manor. Being a national lending center, we're able to do purchase financing and refinance existing loans throughout the country. We are also able to offer every type of loan that there is, so we're sure to find the best fit and cheapest cost on a mortgage.
We'll work as hard as possible to earn you business and offer the best product that you qualify for. I don't push people into a product they don't like, I simply offer the best we can do at the time and try and figure out what matches best with your goals and plans for the future..
