- RE/MAX Results is a residential and commercial real estate brokerage located in the Throggs Neck section of the Bronx. Our office is near the corner of Tremont Avenue and Randall Avenue. RE/MAX does not work by the same concept of most other real estate companies. Most real estate companies will hire inexperienced agents and hope that they produce. At RE/MAX, we only hire experienced agents. This is done for two reasons. First off, the customer gets a better experience dealing with someone who is experienced. Secondly, we can ensure that we can spend more money marketing properties for sale instead of supporting non-producing agents. We keep our office open late until at least 9pm on weekdays and are open every weekend. Our companies website remax.com gets the most internet traffic among our national franchise competitors.
