I run a full service computer repair company; you have come to the right place for any of your computer repair needs. With over 23 years experience of computer repair, support and knowledge with both hardware and software. Whether your computer is just slowing down or you have a full blown infestation of nasty computer viruses, I can help you get rid of that unwanted junk and get your computer working like new again. I can also help you with putting together a great system to meet your specific computer needs, or get your old system upgraded to run a bit faster. Onsite priority business service is available; please give me a call to determine your needs. Most virus and malware removal runs around 1.5 - 2 hours of labor. If I do not think a repair is going to be worth the cost vs. the age of the computer, I will let you know and we can discuss the options. Laptop hardware repair is labor intensive and usually runs from 1-3 hours of labor for replacing a screen or DC power jack. It depends and varies from laptop model to model and part availability. New Systems I work with you on determining your needs in a computer and build it with that in mind. I use the highest quality parts that will last and each computer is quoted on an individual basis. Prices for new quality towers start around $700. Each system carries a full 1 year warranty on parts and labor. I use the highest quality parts including Pentium Core i series of CPUs and Western Digital Hard Drives. My Guarantee I provide the highest quality of repair that you will find in the City. I take pride in my service and stand behind every repair and new system that I build. New Machines I personally guarantee all new computers that I build for 1 year parts and labor. I will repair and replace any defective parts on any machine I sell. Repair Work I personally guarantee all repair work for 30 days from the date the computer was picked up. My goal is to make your computer work its best, and make you a happy customer. The bottom line is this; I will give you old fashioned service and treat you as a valued customer. Your business and referrals, because you had a good experience, is the cornerstone of my business. If a problem or issue was not corrected during a repair, and the computer exhibits the same symptoms as when the computer was first brought in, I will make every attempt to fix that problem. There may be additional labor or parts charges to fix the problem. The customer needs to contact me ASAP when it is determined that there is still a problem. Over time problems will get worse, and we need to get it taken care of immediately.
