- PrimeCare Urgent Care is an outgrowth of PrimeCare of Novi which opened in 1999. We extended our office hours in 2012 to meet our diverse patient needs. In response to further demand, we commenced operation in October, 2013, as a separate Urgent Care,located on the southwest corner of 10 Mile Road, just west of Haggerty in the Holly Hills Professional Village. Now we have the ability to extend, yet again, the hours we are available to the community at-large to help patients receive prompt and cost-effective attention to their urgent medical needs outside of the emergency room. We are open 10 AM to 9 PM every day of the year. One of the difficulties in choosing an urgent care is the wide variety of services that can be encountered. When you come to our Urgent Care , you will be seen by primary care providers who are well-versed in Emergency care as well as on-going disease management. We have 2 minor surgical rooms for laceration and fracture care, digital x-ray, lab and state-of-the-art cardiac diagnostic capabilities. Or electronic record ensures you will have your records updated in real time and a copy of that report sent to your primary doctor in a prompt, professional fashion. But what really sets us apart is our staff. Everyone at our office strives to provide the best care for you and your loved ones. Our team will see you to get the immediate care you need, but will also treat you as a unique, special person. We can't wait to meet you, care for you, and introduce our family to yours!
