The Avenue Carriage Crossing is a open air lifestyle center that opened to the public in the fall of 2005. This “Main Street” pedestrian center appeals to the discriminating, and often time-constrained, shopper looking for high quality merchandise in a convenient setting. A culmination of function and art, these specialty centers located in affluent neighborhoods. The Avenue is a combination of premier national retailers, select local merchants and specialty restaurants in an attractive open air setting in an atmosphere of tree lined streets and sidewalks. A stand out at the center is the distinctive architecture and beautifully appointed design features, heavy landscaping, upscale merchants, outdoor pedestrian plazas and convenient on-site parking.
Anchor tenants Dillard's and Macy’s are located at opposite ends of the lifestyle center with more than 85 retailers and restaurants spaced in between and along the crossing avenue. Those retailers include Apothetique, Abercrombie & Fitch, American Eagle, Ann Taylor and Ann Taylor Loft, Banana Republic, Barnes & Noble, Bombay, Bonefish Grill, Brookstone, Buckle, Build-A-Bear Workshop, Cache, Carrabba's, Chico's, Christopher & Banks, Delia’s, Eddie Bauer, Express, Francesca’s Collections, Finish Line, Firebirds Rocky Mountain Grill, Gap, Gap Kids/Gap Baby, Gymboree, Hollister, Jos. A. Bank, Kay Jewelers, Linens 'n Things, New Balance, Pacific Sunwear, Sephora, Starbucks, Talbots, Victoria's Secret and White House/Black Market. In January of 2008 a new business class design and amenities prototype for Courtyard of Marriott will open and join the list of retailers and restaurants.
