Jarman Center Senior Living is an independent retirement community developed out of the former Douglas County Hospital. Privately owned, we have commercial tenents, primary medical and social services with rental apartments for seniors in the second and third floor of the building. We currently have space for professionals especially in the senior type businesses and there is not a long waiting period for senior apartments. This is a unique project that has greatly served the community for the past 14 years since the hospital closed. We would like to furthur develop the property and invite any interested parties to contact us. We are more home like than many senior communities and take pride in being responsive to what the residents want to see offered in thier home.
