- observed single service plastic lid covers to be dirty as well as container they were being stored in. Lids should be disposed of and container should be kept cleaned and sanitized often to prevent any contamination.
- Observed ice scoop being stored on plastic covered cardboard box that had standing water and mold buildup. Scoop should be stored on clean, dry, sanitized surface to ensure no mold buildup that will cause contamination.
- Observed ice machine to have mold buildup along panel edges. Thoroughly clean and sanitize panel to be free of mold buildup in order to prevent contamination.
