- 229.163 (f) (2) (C) drying hands. Observed employee wash hands, then use cloth apron to dry hands. Instruct staff to use papertowels.
- 229.167 (e) (3) (A) no towels. All HWS must have papertowels.
- Establishment must always have at least one person on duty with a Food Manager Certification.
- Ch 13, Art II, section 13-26 Display permit. Inspection report must be posted in an area, where the general public can view it.
- 229.166 (i) (1) (B) HWS improper use. Observed employee dumping out liquids inside of HWS. Instruct staff that HWS is only for Hand washing only.
- 229.164 (r) (1) (A) labeled properly. Insure if food items is removed from its original container, new container must have common/generic name of product.
- Insure all dented/damaged canned food items, are removed.

- 229.166 (i) (1) (B) HWS improper use. Observed items sitting inside HWS behind bar. Do not place or keep items inside of HWS.
- Observed drink containers being stored inside of ice bin, behind bar. This is the same ice used for drinks. Ice can be used for storage, or food, but not both.
- 229.165 (d) (1) (B)free of breaks, cracks. Dispose of utensils and food equipment once it breaks, cracks, or damaged. Damaged pitcher sitting on drying rack. Once items are damaged, they are no longer easy to clean/sanitize.
- Ch 13, Art II, section 13-26 Display permit. A current copy of the inspection report must be posted for customer view. Establishment has an old report, from previous inspector displayed. Also, area where reports are being displayed, is not an area, that is easily viewable by the public.
