Observed no hot water at establishment at time of inspection. Ensure that hot water is available at all hand sinks (including bathroom) of at least 100 degrees F, mop sink and 3 comparment sink with at least 110 degrees F.
Observed leak at backflow preventor on mop sink. Ensure that backflow preventor is repaired.
Ensure that all food contact surfaces are clean and in good condition such as soad machine spouts, holders for lids, ect.

At time of inspection, food manager certification could not be presented. Ensure there is at least 1 certifed food manager present during hours of operation. Take ServSafe food manager certification to the health desk at 1901 S Alamo to register with the city and obtain city certificate.
Observed microwave splattered with food debris. Ensure microwave is routinely cleaned so it is clean to sight and touch. Corrected on site
At time of inspection, the current food permit is not posted. Estbalishment has undergone an ownership change. Ensure the receipt of payment is posted in establishment unitl food permit arrives. Once the food permit arrives, ensure to post the food permit in a conspicuous area.
