  • 229.164 (v) (2) (C) PHF >41F. Observed PHF in condiment refrigerator to be at 46-47 degrees F. All time-temp abuse food was voluntarily discarded by PIC. This refrigerator may not be used to store PHF until it has been repaired and can maintain an ambient temp of 41 degrees F or below.

  • 229.166 (c) (3) hot water sufficient. The establishment does not have water under pressure at each access point in the food establishment during all hours of operation. Hot water(less than 100 F) is only available during certain times of the day. The establishment must have hotMinimum 110 F ) water under pressure at each access point in the food establishment during all hours of operation.
  • 229.166 (f) (2) (A)HWS>100F. Hand sink has no hot water. Hot water at hand sink is less than 100 degrees. Hand sink must provide hot water of at least 100 degrees through the use of a mixing valve or combination faucet.
  • 229.167 (e) (3) (A) no towels. The towel system at the hand wash station is not working properly. Repair towel system so that clean towels are available to users.
  • A direct connection between sewage system and drain originating from equipment which food, portable equipment or utensils are placed has been found and documented. Install an air gap (1- 1.5 inch space between the ice machine drains and the floor drain) of the drain line between the food handling equipment and the sewer line.
