  • Did not observe a handwashing station in store room where ice machine is located. Handwashing station must be added or door must be removed from room to allow for proper and adequate handwashing prior to scooping ice.
  • Observed grime/mold inside ice machine. All food contact surfaces must be cleaned/sanitized to avoid cross contamination.
  • 229.166 (i) (1) (B) HWS improper use. Handwash station is only for washing hands. Can not dump drink/ice/straws into sink.
