- Observed a cardboard box and display rack inside mop sink. Mop sink is to be used for disposal of waste water. Waste water must be disposed of in an approved disposal system.
- Thermometer cooler that holds milk and raw shelled eggs read 58F degrees. Temperature of cooler per inspector's thermometer read 41F degrees. Coolers that contain potentially hazardous foods such as milk must have an accurate properly calibrated thermometer to ensure correct cold hold temperature 41F degrees or less.
- Observed an excessive amount of black mildew/mold inside ice machine. Ice machnie must be cleaned/sanitized according to manufacturer's instructions.
