Don't stay there if you don't want get rubbed by cleaning crew which get covered by the owners . First , let me say that we are not young kids who are looking for cheap hotel to spend a night ( that is how we got treated there ). We staid there on New Year's Day for funeral . We already had lots of NOT fun for us going in that day . In a rush to make it to funeral , I left a very special blanket , I realized that as soon as we left left a parking lot but did not have time to go back because we had to be at the funeral . My husband called them and asked them to put away the blanket for us to pick it up in couple hours . They said "ok" . None of them called to say that they did not find any blanket . We got there to find out that there was NO blanket in the room left . What ????? It is not even a question ! I lEFT it in the room !! The owner - wife did not let us go back to the room to check if cleaning lady folded it and left it there . Why ??? Hiding something . She told us to call at 6 -6.30 pm after the laundry is done to check if it was possibly put in there . I called at 6.30 . She said laundry is still going and cleaning lady is not answering the phone , told me to call at 8 pm . I did and that is when her husband got on the phone and started yelling at me NON STOP trying do not leave me second to say a word . He said that " you called us 300 times " and "don't call again " and " cleaning lady is not answering " and that he did not care if I will be complaining about them to corporate . And then he HUNG up !!! That was December 31 at 8 pm after we had a day if funerals .
None of them called us ever after that to let us know what they found in the laundry after it was finally done just to let us know any info . I called corporate and the lied to them saying that they contacted us about it and issei was solved .
For me it is not even a blanket is a deal now but horrible treatment we got from horrible hotel owners who has Avery shady set up going on .
