  • Observed an employee dump a bucket of tea in the kitchen hand sink during the time of inspection. Ensure the hand sink is used for hand washing only.

  • Discontinue storing the pooled eggs container above the other food items in the walk in cooler. (Observed the egg continer with spillage on the outside above the milk, creamer, and the open container of meat)

  • Observed food service equipment being washed in an improperly set up three compartment sink; during active food service and ware washing. Only the wash compartment was set up. Recommend that all three compartments of the sink be set up properly, and sanitizing concentration be frequently checked.
  • Observed: (1) A drying rack at the 3 compartment sink that had clean food service wares that had food residue on then from being splashed from the 3 compartment sink cleaning operation. Equipment used in storing food not cleaned; (2) Inside of Ice machine with moderate mold growth. Recommend to relocate drying rack from splash zone and wash, rinse, & sanitize the Ice Machine's entire inside and its components
