- Hot water at 3 compartment sink and mop sink are not reaching the at least 110 degrees fariheit (F). Ensure that the hot water at these sinks are reaching 110 degrees F.
- 229.168 (a) toxics not labeled. Observed pink soap in a clear bin next to clean wares on the shelf above the 3 compartment sink not labeled. Properly label all unmarked containers with soap in it.
- 229.168 (c) (1) toxics stored. Unmarked container of soap was stored next to clean wares on the shelf above the 3 compartment sink. Ensure that chemicals are stored away from wares used in food preparation and storing.
- No themometer was seen in the small reach cooler located underneath the hot hold line for the dine in area. Ensure a thermometer is placed in the cooler.
- Shelf where clean wares are stored across from the 3 compartment sink are not clean. Ensure the shelf is clean to sight and touch.
- Large ice machine and ice bins near the registers are not clean. Observed black mildew/mold like substance on the interior surface and for the the ice machine, it was visible inside and out. All food contact surfaces should be cleaned and sanitized.
