The bucket filled with sanitizer is only used to store moist rags to sanitize food contact surface. ***Look at the Notes and the end of this report to discuss the soap/bleach water.**** It is not a means or a way for employees to wash there hands. 2. Observed another employee using the handsink to rinse off a potatoe. The handsink is only used for handwashing purposes only.
