  • Please provide that all food contact utensils are stored in a smooth and easily cleanable locatin.(Dirty knive used to cut fruits in the bar area was being stored on a shelf behind the bar.)
  • Please provide that an Air gap on Handwash station in the bar area is a minimum of 2 inches.(Air gap was not present at time of inspection. Piping was sitting directly on the drain at time of inspection.)
