Follow manufacturer's instructions for sanitizer concentration.
  • Ensure proper wastewater disposal. Found standing water around/adjacent to ice machine. Perform a general floor cleaning of alcove adjacent to ice machine. Also, ensure the air-gap is maintained at the ice machine drain point. The gap should be twice the diameter of the drain pipe.
