- Observed that there were some pre-packaged cold sandwhiches for sale that were not properly labeled. Provide for these items to be labeled with the name of the place where they are manufactured, address, phone number, and list of ingridents in descending order of mass.
- Observed that the hot water coming out of the faucets in the employee hand washing sink and the three compartement sink was not at least 100 degrees F and 110 degrees F, respectively. Hot water at all hand washing sinks must be at a temperature of at least 100 degrees F, hot water coming out of the three compartment and mop sinks must be at least 110 degrees F. Establishment must cease selling pickles, fountain drinks, and coffee until the hot water at all sinks is in compliance.
- Observed that the only hand washing sink inside the establishment was inside the employee restroom. Provide another hand washing sink inside the establishment. Establishment is limited to selling only pre-packaged potentially hazardous food and pre-packaged non-potentially hazardous food until this hand washing sink is installed.
- Observed that tongs use to handle pickles and soda fountain nozzles were not clean to sight and touch. Provide for these items to be cleaned on a more regular basis.
