  • 229.163 (h) (8) before gloves. Observed an employee take off gloves, then clean his area , then put on new gloves with out washing his hands first. Ensure that employees wash their hands when changing tasks and when changing gloves.
  • Observed at least two small reach in coolers that did not have thermometers on the outside nor on the inside of the cooler. Ensure that all coolers have a thermometer.
  • Ice bin at the drive thru window has black building on the inside surface. Ensure that all food contact surfaces are clean.
  • Documentation for food manager was not present at the establishment. Ensure that documentation is present at all times. Ensure that all food managers register with the San Antonio Metro health department as a food manager; fee is $15.45
