Establishment will need to remove packaged containers, containing various nuts,(3 small containers/1 large container)from countertop, since this was sold by a street vendor(no distributor information was able to be provided; items condemned. Establishment will need to make sure that distributor information is provided for all packaged candy, pork skins, and other packaged food items(labels need to be provided with the name/physical address of where item was prepared, along with a declaration of ingredients(if two or more ingredients are used); removed from countertop area until proper labels are able to be provided. 229.164 (r) (1) (B) (iv) manufacturer info.
