  • Potentially Hazardous Food not at required temperature in reach-in cooling unit (near front cashier counter). Observed foods at temperatures ranging from 53F-46F during the time of inspection. The foods were prepped then placed in the unit "about an hour before inspection" according to the manager therefore they were moved to a different cold hold unit (Note: the establishment opened at 10AM). Ensure the cooling unit is not in use if unable to maintain a temperature of 41F or lower.
