- All employees need to be aware that dirty mop water is to be disposed of at the mop sink in restaurant area. INSPECTOR FOUND DIRTY MOP BUCKET NEAR BACK DOOR, POSSIBLY TO BE DISPOSED OF OUTSIDE. IF THEY ARE THROWING DIRTY WATER OUTSIDE PLEASE STOP TO AVOID A CITATION.
