  • Repeat Violation. Hand sink in front coffee area did not have hand soap. Ensure to have all hand sinks supplied with soap at all times of operation.
  • Ice machine panel had mold debris along edge. Explained to kitchen manager that surfaces should be maintained clean and sanitized as frequently as necessary to prevent cross contamination of ice.

  • Surface temperature read at 65 degrees F. Thermometer provided in unit read at 48 degrees F. Ensure that unit is able to maintain temperatures of 41 degrees F and below. Manager checked unit and stated that thermostat was moved and issue was corrected on site. Please monitor unit to ensure temperatures are properly maintained.
  • Hand sink in front serving area, did not have soap. Hand sink in kitchen did not have paper towels. Ensure that all hand sinks are supplied with soap and paper towels.
  • Certified food Manager, along with certification, should be present during hours of operation.
