  • 229.165 (d) (1) (B)free of breaks, cracks. Observed broken ice bucket. Dispose of food equipment once it breaks.
  • 229.165 (m) (1) (A)not clean. Observed dirty Knives sitting on Magnetic Rack, on wall. Once food utensils are used, insure that they are properly cleaned.
  • 229.165 (m) (1) (A)not clean. Clean inside of microwave.
