- Establishment is producing and packaging ice for customer self service. A food manufacturer license must be obtained in order to produce and package ice for customer self service. This was noted in last routine inspection report. If ice is not going to be for customer self service (employee gives ice to customer), then a food manufacturer license is not needed. - 229.164 (f) (2) (A) (i) (I) separation of raw/ RTE. Observed raw shelled eggs stored on 2nd shelf above jugs of juice and next to butter. Ensure raw animal products, such as raw shelled eggs, are stored below and away from ready to eat foods.
- Handsink by the 3 compartment sink did not have cold running water. Ensure handsink is also equipped with cold running water.
