Refrigerator with potentially hazardous foods inside was at 67 degrees. Employees stated that the door had been left open, possibly overnight. All potentially hazardous foods must be discarded.
3 compartment sink did not have hot water at time of inspection. Ensure that the 3 compartment sink reaches a minimum temperature of 110 degrees F.
Hand sink by ice machine and hand sink in restroom did not have soap. Ensure that all hand sinks are supplied with soap and paper towels at all times.
Refrigerator with potentially hazardous foods did not have a working thermometer. Ensure that all cold hold units that have potentially hazardous foods have a calibrated thermometer.
Ice chute on fountain drink station needs to be cleaned and sanitized.
