Ensure the doors are closed properly each time to help keep the cold air inside. All potentially hazardous foods must be kept at 41 degrees F or below.

- 229.163 (n) (1) eat.drink.smoke.. Employees are chewing gum, while cooking food. No gum chewing allowed while in kitchen area. Also observed a personal drink on food counter, with no cover or straw.
- Establishment must always have at least one person on duty with a food managers certification.
- 229.163 (h) (6) wash as needed. During visit, observed employees touch clothing, and numerous other things, at no time, did any employee take the time to wash their hands.
