- No service sink at establishment. Multiple hoses including from the ice machine are placed inside floor drain. **Install a service sink for disposal of wastewater and provide an air gap for drain piping (2 times the diameter of piping) from the rim of the floor drain.
- No thermometer present in walk-in cooler. **Provide an accurate and calibrated thermometer for all coolers storing potentially hazardous food.
- Ice machine surfaces inside and out (between compressor and bin) are heavily contaminated with thick layers of mold and pickle tongs are stored on dirty cardboard. **Clean and sanitize entire ice machine (as directed by manufacturer)and tongs --machine red-tagged--.
- Food license not posted in conspicuous manner (covered by other posted permits). **Post most current food license and routine inspection report for public view.
