- At time of inspection, hand sink was not equipped with paper towels. Ensure the hand sink is equipped with paper towels at all times.
- Observed rodent droppings in cabinet under coffee/soda machine and near the back window where soda bottles are stored. Ensure rodent droppings are eliminated and establishment is monitored for rodent activity. If rodent activity is observed, use necessary and appropriate means to eliminate.
- Observed tongs for pickles soiled with food debris. Ensure tongs are cleaned and sanitized on a routine basis to prevent accumulation of food debris.
