  • 229.166 (f) (2) (A)HWS>100F; Handwashing sink in restroom(only handsink available)not reaching at least 100 degrees F(highest observed temp. was 94.6 degrees F); will need to correct by next Friday(February 18 2011) to be in compliance with the Health code.
  • Establishment needs to provide a handwashing sink separate from the handwashing sink located in restroom, since bagging of ice is conducted.
