- Open faced cooler with yogurt,tea, and sunny D was reading at a temperature of 58 degrees Farinheit (F). Observed egg cooler and juice cooler at 60 degrees F and 54 degrees F respectively. Ensure potentially hazardous food are being cold held at 41 degrees F or below.
- Rolling rack with croissants was stored next to the electric fly trap by the entry into the bakery preparation area. Advised manager that food items should not be stored next to the fly trap.
- Trash was in front of the area where the hand sink is in the bakery making the hand sink in accessible. Handwashing facility must be fully accessible at all times for employee use, there can be no barriers.
- 229.165 (m) (1) (A)not clean. Cooler end cap where tea is stored was not clean. Tea was seen on the surface of the shelf underneath where is placed. Shelves in the alcohol aisle was not clean to sight. Cereal debris was seen behind the bags of cereal on the breakfast aisle. Ensure are food conact surfaces (shelves) are clean to sight and touch.
