- Do not store any items inside hand sink for any length of time or use hand sink for drain line for ice machine. Ensure that hand sinkis kept clear and that drain line is moved.
- Repair leak at ice machine that drains directly onto floor.
- Ensure that all food contact surfaces are clean and in good condition such as tongs. Ensure that tongs are placed in a clean, washable container.
- Ensure that most routine inspection report is posted in public view at all times.
- Rodent activity is still present. Feces are found in boxes holding prepackaged food items and also in employee restroom. Observed several chewed through sunflower seeds scattered throughout prepackaged food items. Use effective means of rodent control. Save service receipts for verification. Need to clean areas where feces and food debris are found. Need to seal all holes in establishment to prevent access with approved materials. All damaged ceiling tiles and light shields need to be replaced.
- Use 3 compartment sink for proper manual ware washing. At time of inspection, 3 compartment sink had mop bucket on top of sink and was not being used.
