I was coming to town to teach and I always stay at this hotel. I called to see what the state government rate was. I was quoted just over $115.00 per night which is over the GSA rate. I stayed at the Courtyard Marriot in front of them for the rate I would be reimbursed. After checking in there was a charge on my card for $430.00 for the Holiday Inn. I called my card company and disputed the charges. Taken off. But there was another charge of $107.00 . The check in was on the 3rd of Aug and out on the 4th. Hell. Why couldnt I get that rate I would have stayed there. Anyway. I am always asked for drivers license and credit card when I check in. Why wasnt this done on the 3rd. Something does not smell right. I called the hotel this morning and asked Mgr. to return my call and have not heard back yet. NICE TRY FOLKS. I bet I could find out who did this very simply
