- Do not store in-use tongs, for whole pickle self service, in standing water. Store in a clean container or on a clean surface made of non-absorbent material.
- Need to post the most current San Antonio Health Department food safety inspection report in public view at all times
- Need to clean the white plastic inserts used on retail shelving for canned beer display, located in walk-in cooler
