  • Many gnats in basement area next to a red gallon can of waste liquid.
  • Machine holding ice has lime buildup around sides and needs to not only be effectively cleaned, but also sanitized.
  • Have mop sink in basement area, but water not on at time of inspection(need a combo of hot and cold water under pressure); there is a red gallon trashcan in basement with some type of liquid in it(wastewater)that needs to be properly disposed of through an approved sanitary sewer(giving off a real foul odor from where red trash can is to the walk in cooler where kegs are stored). If mop sink not working, will need a curved floor drain for proper wastewater disposal. If using mopsink, make sure it is plumbed correctly.
  • Provide mop sink to have hot/cold water under pressure at all times(mop sink in basement, but water not running at all).
