  • Provide soap/towels at every hand sink including restroom.
  • Pickle tongs were sitting in standing dirty water. Ensure that tongs do not sit in water. Ensure that tongs are clean and in good condition and container that they are stored in is clean and in good condition.
  • Observed rodent droppings in between soda storage and where mop sink is. Use effective means of rodent control. Save service receipts for verification.
  • Ensure that 3 compartment sink is accessible and is being used. 3 compartment sink is blocked by miscellaneous items in store such as shelving racks, boxes, etc. Unable to get to 3 compartment sink.

  • Observed sticky blue residue spilled inside cabinets under beverage station. Ensure residue is eliminated and area is properly cleaned.
  • Observed microwave soiled with residue/food debris. Ensure microwave is cleaned on a routine basis to prevent the accumulation of residue/food debris.
  • Observed left lid of the ice machine being held together with a trash bag and tape. Ensure the ice machine lid is in good repair, smooth, easily cleanable, and non-absorbant.

  • Protect food from contamination by storing food in packages, covered containers, or wrappings. Observed picke jar with no lid.
  • Provide soap for hand washing sink in the rest room.
  • Supply hnad washing sink in the rst room with individual disposable paper towels.
  • Observed dead rodents in the establishment, refer to pictures. There is evidence of a rodent infestation in the establishment. Professional pest control treatment is required for the rodent infestation and receipt or invoice will be required for the follow up inspection.
  • Dead rodent observed in one of the compartments of the three compartment sink. Sink compartments must be properly cleaned and sanitized. The three compartment sink must be used for proper manual ware washing.

  • Observed ants in the cabinet uner the fountain drink dispenser. Eliminate the presence of insects by using any approved means.
  • Use only food grade chemicals in establishment, use an approved licensed pest control company.
  • Clean the ice machine.

  • Ice machine door liner is being held in place with tape. Replace ice machine door liner and remove tape.
