- Hot water not available in establishment. Water heater issues occurring. This is a repeated violation. Issue must be corrected within 10 days to avoid reinspection fees.
- Hand sink was taken out. No hand sink is available in establishment besides restroom hand sink. All open handled operations should be ceased.
- Tongs for pickles, and Chinese candies, should remain clean and sanitized, and should be stored in or on a dry, clean, and properly sanitized surface.

Explained to employee on duty that all food sold at establishment must come from an approved source. Employee explained that a man sells them to him, but he has no license. - Observed several canned food items (green beans, cranberry sauce, etc) on shelves, with "best by date" of 2012, 2013. Ensure all canned foods being stored on shelves for service and sale of customer, are in sound condition.
- Observed cartons of raw shelled eggs, being stored above limes and lemons, and milk containers. Ensure to store all raw products below any ready to eat and drink items.
- Observed hand sink and three compartment sink to not have hot water. Manager stated someone turned it off and he had just turned it back on, due to a breaker. Water was not reaching 110 and 100 degrees F while inspector was on site. Will have a follow up in 48 hours to ensure issues have been corrected. Meanwhile, all open handling foods, such as pickles can not be served until hot water is restored. If found to be selling items, citations will be cited. Water reached up to 93 degrees F and went back down to 91 degrees F.
